ABA therapy in the Inland Empire

ABA that fits your child, not the other way around

Data Driven Educators is an ABA therapy team serving the Inland Empire and the desert communities. We work with families at home, in the community, and in our centers. Every plan is built from the data we collect and shaped around your child.

How we work

Diverse by nature. Driven by heart.

We're a diverse team that cares deeply about our people and the families we serve. We bring data to every decision and heart to everything we do.

01

We write everything down

Every session, we count what your child does. Those counts turn into a graph. If a plan is not working, the graph tells us in weeks, not months.

02

You are part of the team

Skills tend to last when they happen at home too. We show you the same steps we use, so practice can carry on after we leave.

03

We meet your child where they are

Some children do best at home. Some do best in a room built for play. Some need help in the classroom. We do all three.

The data

Why this work matters here

53.1

per 1,000 children in California

California has the highest identified autism rate of all 16 sites the CDC tracks, more than three times Texas. A lot of families in the Inland Empire are looking for support at the same time.

1 in 31

children in the United States

About 1 in every 31 eight-year-olds in the U.S. is identified with autism. That number was 1 in 36 two years earlier. More children are being found, and found earlier.

2012

California has required coverage since

Under SB 946, state-regulated health plans have to cover behavioral health treatment, including ABA, when it is medically necessary. Medi-Cal works under a separate rule that is often broader. If a plan tells you ABA is not covered, it is worth asking a second time.

At home

is where new skills get their practice

Across studies, what most often carries a new skill out of the therapy room is the people at home using the same steps. That is why parent education sits inside the plan here rather than beside it. It is not a guarantee, and it is not on you alone.

Let's be honest about hours

You may read that children need 25 to 40 hours a week. That was the range in the older studies. A 2024 trial found 5 to 10 hours a week did about as well as 15 or more on the measures it used. More hours is not automatically better. The right amount is the amount your child's plan calls for, and we will talk that through with you.

Services

How we can help

Services happen at home, in the community, or in our centers, based on your child's assessment. Many children use more than one.

Getting started

Starting is simpler than it looks

We walk you through every stage. We chase the paperwork so you do not have to.

  1. You call us

Tell us what is going on. No forms first, just a conversation.

  2. We start with you

The assessment opens with an interview with you, because you know things no assessment will surface.

  3. We meet your child

A BCBA, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, plays with your child and watches what they can already do.

  4. We write the plan and send it

The report and the goals go to your insurer or regional center. Chasing that is our job, not yours.

  5. We go through it with you

Your Assistant Clinical Manager walks you through the plan. You tell us what matters most, and those become the first goals.

  6. Therapy starts

Your Assistant Clinical Manager comes to the first session to introduce your therapist. The first weeks are about your child liking the person who walks in.
