How we can help
Several ways we work. Most families use two or three of them at once, and the mix changes as your child changes.
- Home and our centers
- English and Spanish
- Most insurance accepted

- BCBA-led care
- HIPAA-compliant
- In-network with major plans
- Telehealth available
- Se habla español
What we offer
One team, whichever you need
Families often call sure they want one thing and leave with a different plan. That is normal, and it is what the first assessment is for. Nothing here is locked in. We change the mix whenever your child changes.

In every service
What stays the same no matter which you choose
- A Board Certified Behavior Analyst writes and owns the plan.
- Goals come from your family, in your words, before anything starts.
- Every session is written down, and you can see the data any time.
- We review progress with you and change what is not working.
- Parent education sits inside the plan, not beside it. That is what the Parent Connection Academy is.
- Spanish-speaking staff, so nobody has to explain their child through an interpreter.
How the mix changes
Most families start one to one
Therapy usually begins one to one, led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with your Assistant Clinical Manager alongside. The other ways of working are not alternatives you pick between on day one, they are places your child moves to when they are ready for them. A group is only useful to a child who can already get something out of a room with other children in it, and we would rather wait for that than teach your child that groups are awful.
- We say where your child is and what the next model would ask of them.
- Moving to a group, or to more parent-led work, follows what the data shows, not the calendar.
- The mix is reviewed with you as it goes, and we change it when it stops fitting.
Where this is going
The plan is written to step down
From the beginning, your child's plan includes how it ends. Hours come down gradually rather than stopping, we keep collecting data through the whole step-down so we can see the gains hold, and if they do not we say so and slow it back down. If services do end, you get that in writing with notice, never as a surprise.
Getting started
The same path, whichever you choose
You call us
Tell us what is going on. No forms first, just a conversation.
We start with you
The assessment opens with an interview with you, because you know things no assessment will surface.
We meet your child
A BCBA, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, plays with your child and watches what they can already do.
We write the plan and send it
The report and the goals go to your insurer or regional center. Chasing that is our job, not yours.
We go through it with you
Your Assistant Clinical Manager walks you through the plan. You tell us what matters most, and those become the first goals.
Therapy starts
Your Assistant Clinical Manager comes to the first session to introduce your therapist. The first weeks are about your child liking the person who walks in.
Not sure which fits?
That is what the first call is for. Tell us what your days look like and we will tell you what we would suggest.
