Our team
The people you will actually meet
A BCBA writes your child's plan. An assistant clinical manager checks how it is going. A behavior technician does the daily work in your home. You will know all of their names.

Who does what
- Clinical Director
- Answers for the quality of every programme we run. Concerns and feedback that need a decision come here.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- A master's-level clinician who has passed the national board exam. Leads your child's team, writes the plan, reviews the data, and decides what changes.
- Assistant Clinical Manager
- Works alongside the BCBA on progress, day-to-day changes and staff training. Usually your fastest route to an answer.
- Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Trained and certified to run the plan. This is who you will see most, usually several times a week.
- Client Services
- Scheduling, insurance authorisations, and anything administrative. If a session needs moving, this is who to call.
Before anyone meets your child
What every member of staff clears first
- Live Scan fingerprinting, reviewed by both the FBI and the California Department of Justice.
- A child abuse index clearance. A felony conviction under penal code 1192.7(c) rules a candidate out.
- A negative tuberculosis test, or a clear chest x-ray where the skin test comes back positive.
- The qualifications for the role: a technician is a certified RBT, an Assistant Clinical Manager holds or is completing a master's, and a BCBA is certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
We work to the ethical standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and the American Psychological Association.
